If you want to return your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.  We pay for the return if the item is defective, does not reflect the exact features of the item you selected and paid for on our store. For all other situations, we reserve the right to ask you (customer) to pay for the return fees of the item you intend to return to our warehouse.

Additional return conditions: We will issue a refund only after we have received the returned item, and an inspection is conducted that ensures that the item was not opened, used in any way or the item is in fact defective, or different from the item you selected and purchased on our store. 

To start your refund and return process please send us an email indicating the reason why you have chosen to return your item. We will initiate the return process as per our policy.
